This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any form of user profiling. The only personal data we collect is submitted voluntarily through the booking enquiry form.

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or retain it beyond the time needed to handle your request.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, the legitimate interest of responding to booking enquiries submitted at your own initiative.
Where the enquiry progresses toward an agreement, processing may also be necessary for the performance of a pre-contractual arrangement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Two external services process data in connection with this site. Both are US-based companies with appropriate safeguards in place for transfers of personal data from the EU.
Formspree, Inc.
Handles booking form submissions. Based in Austin, Texas, USA. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal basis for transferring data from the EU to the US. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Formspree does not use your data for its own marketing purposes.

Cloudflare, Inc.
Hosts this website and handles all web traffic. Based in San Francisco, California, USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Cloud Code of Conduct, and holds ISO 27701 and ISO 27018 certifications. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses as part of delivering the site and providing DDoS protection. This data is not accessible to us.

Booking enquiries received by email are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry. If no booking results, correspondence is deleted within a reasonable period. If a booking is made, related correspondence may be retained for the duration of the professional relationship.
